Moto4 Racing Disc

Description

Our Racing floating discs are designed to enhance handling, resistance to prolonged thermomechanical stress, and the dissipation of heat generated by braking in extreme conditions. High heat dissipation ensures consistent braking power in all conditions. The Racing disc for Moto4 consists of a braking rotor machined from laser-cut, heat-treated AISI420 steel plates and a bell made from solid Al 6082, CNC-machined and hard-anodised. For this specific application, the rotor and bell are connected using a ‘tooth’ fixing system to ensure the disc’s correct flotation, thereby reducing deformation and wear.
