Racing Rear Floating Disc.
More grip when braking, greater responsiveness, lower weight and improved handling resulting in better rideability. In addition, high heat dissipation ensures constant braking power in all conditions. Our floating discs are composed of: a brake rotor made from laser-cut, heat-treated AISI420 steel plates and a bell machined from solid Al 6082, CNC-machined and anodised. The rotor and bell are joined by aluminium pawls treated with hard ox and mounted freely so that, with temperature changes, the expansion of the materials does not block the floatation of the disc, reducing stress on the disc and its wear.
We pay particular attention to each individual production step, carrying out static and dynamic tests on test benches as well as on the track.
