Our discs are designed to increase the braking torque and forecarriage handling. Mostly during an extreme usage, they are designed to enhance the resistance to an extended thermo-mechanical stress and to get heat dissipation when braking. The more braking grip you have, the more readiness you obtain. The lighter disc you have, the more drivability you get.
Also, a good heat dissipation gives a constant braking power under every condition.
The rotor is machined from heat-treated and laser-cut AISI420 steel plates. It has slots for the dissipation of the heat and the dressing of the pads.
We give special attention to every single stage of the production performing dynamic and static tests on the dyno and on the track.

Racing light floating disc.

Our floating discs are designed and engineered to increase braking torque and front-end handling, resistance to prolonged thermomechanical stress and dispersion of heat generated by braking, especially in extreme use. More grip under braking, greater responsiveness and less weight, and therefore better handling. In addition, high heat dissipation ensures constant braking power in all conditions. Our floating discs consist of: Brake rotor machined from laser-cut and heat-treated AISI 420 steel plates, this has slotted holes to dissipate heat and keep the pad alive.

The bell is machined from Al 6082 billet, CNC machined and anodised. The rotor and bell are fixed by hard ox-treated aluminium pawls and mounted loose so that with temperature variations, material expansion does not block disc floatation. This reduces disc stress and wear.
We pay particular attention to each production step by performing static and dynamic tests on test benches as well as on the track.

RADIAL PITBIKE 2-PISTONS WHEELBASE 45mm

Radial 2-pistons caliper, wheelbase 45mm. Anodized.
Specific for Pit-bike.
It is in billet aluminium AL7075, and consists of two mechanically assembled parts.
Caliper and pistons inside are both machined from billet aluminium using numerical control machines (CNC) in order to give more stability to the product.
It is anodized to get high resistance to wear and consequent long life.
It is equipped with racing seals and inox bleeder screw with washer.

Body pump, lever, piston and adjustment knob are machined from billet metal using numerical control machines (CNC). Last manufacturing processes consist of galvanic treatment and hard oxidation which give a good resistance and a long life to the product.
Our radial mastercylinders are equipped with dust-cover bellows and seal of quality and safety.
We make sure that every single item we produce respects the highest standards and offers outstanding reliability and safety. For this reason we perform a scrupulous check of all materials used and we monitor all working processes till the final treatment.
