Rear fixed disc, Th.4mm

Our discs are designed to increase the braking torque and forecarriage handling. Mostly during an extreme usage, they are studied to enhance the resistance to an extended thermo-mechanical stress and to get heat dissipation when braking. The more braking grip you have, the more readiness you obtain. The lighter disc you have, the more drivability you get.
Also, a good heat dissipation gives a constant braking power under every condition.
The disc is machined from heat-treated and laser-cut AISI420 steel plates with holes on the braking surface to optimize the heat dissipation and the dressing of the pads.
We give special attention to every single stage of the production making dynamic and static tests on the dyno and on the track.

Rear floating disc ∅245mm for Ducati V4 2025, available with black or red bell and drilled or light rotor.

Racing Rear Floating Disc.

More grip when braking, greater responsiveness, lower weight and improved handling resulting in better rideability. In addition, high heat dissipation ensures constant braking power in all conditions. Our floating discs are composed of: a brake rotor made from laser-cut, heat-treated AISI420 steel plates and a bell machined from solid Al 6082, CNC-machined and anodised. The rotor and bell are joined by aluminium pawls treated with hard ox and mounted freely so that, with temperature changes, the expansion of the materials does not block the floatation of the disc, reducing stress on the disc and its wear.
We pay particular attention to each individual production step, carrying out static and dynamic tests on test benches as well as on the track.
