										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our semi-floating discs for custom bikes are engineered and designed to increase braking torque and front-end handling, improve resistance to prolonged thermomechanical stress, and enhance the dissipation of heat generated during braking – particularly in extreme conditions, including for large touring and cruiser bikes. Greater braking grip means improved responsiveness; reduced weight leads to better handling, and therefore an enhanced riding experience. Our floating discs consist of: a braking surface machined from laser-cut, heat-treated AISI420 steel plates, subsequently drilled; and a hub machined from solid Al6082 aluminium, CNC-machined. The inner surface is black anodised, alternatively, we offer the eye-catching Night Brake, which is anodised and then milled along the weight-saving edges to create a sharp aluminium profile. The brake rotor and hub are connected by 10 steel bushings to allow the disc to float.</p>

Mostly during an extreme usage, they are studied to enhance the resistance to an extended thermo-mechanical stress and to get heat dissipation when braking. The more braking grip you have, the more readiness you obtain. The lighter disc you have, the more drivability you get.<br />
Also, a good heat dissipation gives a constant braking power under every condition.<br />
The disc is machined from heat-treated and laser-cut AISI420 steel plates with holes on the braking surface to optimize the heat dissipation  and the dressing of the pads.<br />
We give special attention to every single stage of the production making dynamic and static tests on the dyno and on the track.</p>
